Before I picked up a hard hat, I trained and worked as an accountant, which means I also understand the numbers, the banks, and what it takes to get finance approved.
I started Climb The Ladder after talking with the boys on site and realising how many of them were still renting, even with solid incomes. They just needed someone who knew both the building game and the finance game to guide them through.
